What You'll Do

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for India roles as the leading brand ambassador for SOTI.
  • Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiation
  • Good understanding of IT Product hiring landscape and ability to manage full cycle of recruitment.
  • Identify and bring forward recruitment process enhancements
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
  • Administration of candidate testing, including results analysis
  • Use social media, job boards, and other advertising campaigns to improve SOTI's employer brand
  • Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent and participate in hiring events
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns
  • Research and make recommendations regarding candidate compensation, market trends, recruitment strategies
  • Source, attend, and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events
  • Manage external recruitment firm relationships
  • Collaborate with members of the people and culture team with activities related to onboarding, reporting, file management

Experience You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience technology recruitment is an asset
  • A strong background in sourcing passive candidates, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing campaigns, and using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of Work Day will be preferred
  • A mix of specialist agency recruitment experience and corporate recruiting
  • Experience building strong partnering relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Experience recruiting for Software Development roles is preferred
  • Experience working on a high volume of roles and adjusting to multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with HR administrative tasks in a corporate setting is a strong asset
