Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with legal and organisational HR policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Partner - People Ops & Culture should have:

A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in HR operations within the Business Services industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
