Talent Manager – Influencer Marketing

NextStep HR is hiring for a leading influencer marketing company.

Our client is looking to hire a Talent Manager who will act as a strategic bridge between creators and brands, managing high-profile influencers and driving impactful brand collaborations.

Role Overview

The Talent Manager will own relationships with creators, identify and close brand partnership opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone deeply connected within the creator ecosystem and passionate about building meaningful brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with high-following influencers and artists
• Proactively pitch and secure brand collaborations and partnerships
• Lead end-to-end campaign management — from negotiation to execution
• Serve as the primary liaison between talent, brands, and internal teams
• Negotiate commercials and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Identify and onboard new creators, leveraging existing networks
• Maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to drive repeat business

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management / brand partnerships
• Strong network across brands, agencies, and creators
• Proven track record of closing brand deals
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Candidates who can bring an existing creator portfolio/network will be preferred
