Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Technical Engineer Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles across international projects. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in industries such as construction, oil gas, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and technical evaluations
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, and interview scheduling
- Manage bulk hiring for overseas projects (Gulf/International)
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain quality hiring standards
- Guide candidates through documentation, interview, and onboarding process

- Ability to handle bulk hiring and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools
