Role Description

Join Our Talent Management/ Business Management/ Creators Management Team at Monk-E! You will get the opportunity to oversee and execute influencer marketing campaigns while working alongside incredibly experienced and dynamic team.

o Manage all aspects of the influencer - business, PR, collabs, brand value.

o Develop and execute brand deals for the influencer

o Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and KOLs

o Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes

o Liaise with the creative team to build fresh content with the influencer

o Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

o Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

o Scout relevant and emerging influencers and sign them on-board

Requirements:-

o Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies

o Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

o Well organized with excellent time management skills

o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

o Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPT

o A ton of patience and empathy (dealing with creators will need this)

Experience - Min 2 years of experience (In Influencer Marketing / Talent Management)

Qualification - Graduate
