Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and related asset management divisions.
  • Lead hiring across fund management, research, quantitative analysis, sales/BD (B2B & B2C), client servicing, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through head-hunting, networking, and proactive sourcing.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Handle stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage offer negotiations, rollouts, and onboarding processes.
  • Enhance employer branding and drive improvements in candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment analytics and ensure data-driven hiring decisions.
