Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager based in NOIDA. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers and talent for various campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, coordinating with brands, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. The role also involves strategizing influencer marketing plans, monitoring performance metrics, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, and Celebrity Management
• Relationship-building skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in campaign strategy development, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with influencer platforms or talent agencies is an added advantage
