ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
- Implements HR's practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high performing culture that emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment
- Support Organization-wide Talent management initiatives including Competency Frameworks, Performance Scorecard, Productivity Benchmarking & Talent Analytics.
- Facilitate seamless Coordination with business leaders, HRBPs, L&D and Senior Management to execute people strategies.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Identifying process improvements, changes in policies and procedures that would improve the employee HR experience related to Promotions, Transfers and other Role Changes.
- Support Implementation & administration of Performance Scorecards and track compliance and data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing dashboards for Productivity benchmarks and track performance for PACE.
- Support competency mapping across functions and coordinate assessments & development planning based on competency gaps.
- Support Vendor collaboration for Assessment centers and assist in report consolidation and IDP Creations.
- Follow up with Leaders and HRBPs to ensure completion of talent actions.
- Support Internal Movement through Job Rotations by maintaining visibility on the eligible employees and tracking the movements regularly.
- Ensure Cross-functional coordination by scheduling discussions with multiple leaders, ensuring timely communication and tracking of action closures.
- Coordinate leadership development interventions ensuring seamless logistics, communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate talent dashboards and reports ensuring high data integrity and presenting meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making by leadership
- Maintain SOPs & Process documentation for TM initiative and ensure confidentiality and compliance in TM Process.
- Design workflow & BRDs for relevant integration of Talent Management module in HRMS.
- Explore opportunities for process improvement, digital enablement and best-practice adoption in talent and leadership development.
Qualifications:MBA in HR from a reputed organization.
Experience :
- 4-5 years of overall experience in HR
- 1-2 year preferably in Talent Management & Performance Management.
