Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Talent Manager Influencer. The Talent Manager Influencer will oversee influencer collaborations and manage partnerships to strengthen brand presence. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting influencers, negotiating contracts, strategizing campaigns, and coordinating communication between the brand and influencers. The role will also involve analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with influencers.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer management, talent acquisition, or social media strategy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
• Analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and optimization
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive attitude with a creative and strategic mindset
• Familiarity with the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
