Role: Talent Management & Learning Associate Yubi Group

Experience: 14 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the operational execution of key Talent Management and Learning programs. The role offers exposure to core HR processes, performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end execution of Performance Management processes.
• Coordinate and drive POSH program implementation and reporting
• Facilitate the delivery and tracking of techno-functional learning initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for key programs
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth program execution in an evolving environment.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, learning, or talent management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with agility and ownership.
• Growth mindset and openness to continuous learning.
