What You'll Do

We are establishing a new Talent Intelligence offering within the Talent Sourcing team, and the Talent Intelligence Manager will play a founding role in shaping its strategy, services, and impact. This individual will build the frameworks, methodologies, and delivery model for a scalable talent intelligence offering that supports Sourcing, Recruiting, Workforce planning, and business leaders.

The Talent Intelligence Manager will lead the design, execution, and delivery of talent insights that guide workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and senior stakeholder decision-making. This role combines market intelligence, labour analytics, competitive research, and strategic advisory. The Talent Intelligence Manager will enable the business to hire smarter, plan strategically, and stay ahead of talent market shifts. This role is critical in shaping evidence-based talent decisions in a rapidly evolving workforce landscape.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Generating insights on industry talent trends, supply-demand dynamics, emerging skills, compensation benchmarks, and mobility patterns
  • Analyzing hiring data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to Sourcing, Recruiting & hiring teams
  • Designing new processes from scratch while delivering high-impact insights for senior stakeholders
  • Conducting deep talent market research (skills, supply, demand, location trends)
  • Mapping talent pools using structured frameworks and research methodologies
  • Analyzing competitors hiring trends, org structures, and capability shifts
  • Enabling sourcing & recruiting teams with data-backed talent pool insights to improve search strategies
  • Storytelling with experience translating data into actionable talent strategies
  • Building strong consultative relationships with global and regional teams


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelors Degree with high academic achievement required
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Intelligence, Workforce Analytics, Talent Research, HR Strategy, Market Intelligence, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and build compelling narratives.
  • Expertise with talent-research tools (LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, LightCast etc.).
  • Ability to operate independently and lead complex research projects.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc)
  • Experience producing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English other languages desirable
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
  • Creativity and resilience in problem solving
  • Strategic thinking and influencing skills
  • Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness
  • Service orientated with a proactive demeanour
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix organization
