Strategic Reporting & Insights
- Own end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly TA reporting for leadership forums
- Move reporting beyond numbers to insights, context, and implications
- Proactively flag trends, risks, and anomalies in hiring and productivity data
Advanced Dashboards & Analytics (Power BI)
- Own and evolve Power BI dashboards used in TA leadership reviews
- Improve data models, visual design, and interpretability of dashboards
- Ensure consistency of metrics and definitions across reporting artifacts
Advanced Data Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on hiring velocity, funnel efficiency, and operational bottlenecks
- Support scenario-based views for workforce planning and capacity discussions
- Translate complex datasets into clear executive narratives
Data Governance, Logic & System Integrity
- Act as a point of expertise on TA data quality, definitions, and assumptions
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues across systems and reporting layers
- Document reporting logic and data standards to ensure continuity and auditability
Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
- Partner closely with People Analytics to align TA reporting with enterprise standards
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to TA Ops and Talent Leaders
Sample Metrics & Analyses Supported
- Hiring velocity and progress-to-plan views for leadership reviews
- Time-to-fill (TTF), requisition aging, and funnel conversion analysis
- Recruiter and TA productivity metrics and capacity indicators
- Diversity hiring insights and pipeline health metrics
- Quality-of-hire indicators and offer acceptance rates
Qualifications:- Proven experience in Talent Analytics / Recruiting Analytics
- Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Experience partnering with TA / HR stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with complex datasets and deliver executive-ready insights
