The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
