Position Title: Talent & Learning Co-ordinator

Location: India (Hyderabad Office)

Department: People Team

Reports to: Learning Program Manager

Employment type: Full time, regular, Hybrid working arrangement (50% in office), flixbility expected to shift working hours in order to co-ordinate with global teams.

The job

As part of the global Talent & Learning team, you will enable and deliver great learning opportunities for our global AVEVA groupemployee base, including AVEVA, RIB and ETAP employees.
The role incumbent plays a critical role in the development and execution of learning programs, whether in person, virtual classroom or virtual independent learning.

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

  • Partnering with the Talent & Learning teamto understand the business needs to deliver great learning experiences.

  • Learning program co-ordination and administration

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and webinars

  • Schedule training sessions and manage logistics, including venue arrangements, technology platforms, materials and vendors.

  • Manage vendor and procurement processes and payments using the appropriate systems and processes

  • Handle participant registration, communication, and enrolment processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and other training-related data.

  • Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Generate reports on training metrics, participant feedback, and other key metrics.

  • Communicate training schedules, expectations, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitate instructor led training as needed

  • Creation and management of courses and programs in Workday Learning, including third part content.

  • Provide learner and learning program manager support by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues submitted to a case/ticketing management system.

  • Support reporting and analytics requests, both planned and ondemand including learning hours, learning spend, recharge and other talent data as required.

  • Creation and maintenance of learning content, including presentations, videos and e-learning with the support of subject matter experts.

  • Uphold the standards and tools for learning content, constantly improving the UX of the systems,defining and monitoring catalogue governance,branding standards and ensuring learning is accessible for all learners from a inclusive perspective

  • Support maintenance and improvement projects for the Talent & Learning systems, processes and policies

  • Participate in and/or follow industry and vendor webinars, newsletters etc. To develop expertise in talent and learning methods, trends and technologies.

Important Working Relationships

It is important that the Talent & Learning Co-ordinator is comfortable interacting with employees of all levels and positions throughout the company. As a global multi-national company, the incumbent requires sensitivity to other perspectives and cultures.

The role reports into the Learning Program Manager. Close working relationships with the Talent & Learning Program Managers People Services and People Technology are essential to provide a consistent and joined up experience to learning.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Candidates should have 4-6 years of overall experience, with at least 2-3 years of relevant exposure within Learning & Development, People Operations Talent Development, or Learning CoE environments

  • Experience of operating in a regional or global role

  • Experience in a technical support or frontline support role preferred, including use of ticketing tools

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues

  • Strong Excel experience including knowledge of PowerPivot and PowerQuery.

  • Must have experience working with LMS, Preferably Workday Learning

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative while also being an effective team member

  • Strong administration, time management and co-ordination skills, working on multiple activities with SLA deadlines

  • Ability to proactively problem solve

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships interface and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Strong consulting, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Basic facilitation experience (ILT/VILT) preferred

  • Understanding of learning design principles and learner engagement

  • Basic experience with e-learning course creation/editing and video editing tools preferred

  • Exposure to behavioural learning, leadership development, or early careers programs
