Description

The Talent Acquisition Trainee will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for our Clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Sourcing candidates online.
Screening resumes.
Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.
Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
Providing well documented recruiting reports.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Coordinating with clients.

Attend Inbound & outbound emails.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity or Aptitude to Learn Naukri, Monster Portals..
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
