Description

The Talent Acquisition Trainee will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for our Clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Sourcing candidates online.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
  • Providing well documented recruiting reports.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Coordinating with clients.

Attend Inbound & outbound emails.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity or Aptitude to Learn Naukri, Monster Portals..
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
