Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment across business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.

Handle bulk and high-volume hiring requirements.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.

Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive timely closures.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring.

Prior experience in bulk hiring is preferred.

Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work from the respective Vedantu branch.
