Talent Acquisition Associate

We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and support hiring across different functions at Phox Health. This role will primarily focus on the initial stages of recruitment — sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial conversations, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic fit, experience, communication, and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/tracker.
• Support multiple open positions across different functions and priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate Joiner Preferred. Experience hiring for technology, operations, logistics, healthcare will be an advantage.
