Bright CHAMPS is hiring Talent Acquisition Trainees to support high-volume hiring across sales and non-sales functions in a fast-paced ed-tech environment. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to gain strong hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant profiles through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals for sales and non-sales roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring panels, ensuring smooth communication and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview data, and hiring reports.
- Support job postings and ensure timely updates across platforms.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including follow-ups, offer coordination, and candidate engagement until joining.
- Work closely with the TA team to meet hiring targets efficiently.
