What can you expect in a Talent Acquisition Systems Expert role with TaskUs:

We are seeking a TA Systems Expert to lead the implementation and continuous evolution of our TalentAcquisition technology stack. You will be boots on the ground, responsible for ensuring our transition toWorkday Recruiting is flawless and that we are leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to gain a competitiveadvantage in the talent market.

This is an on-site role designed for a professional who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and hasa proven track record of delivering successful, large-scale HR technology implementations.

Required Qualifications:

. The Workday Expert: 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least two full-lifecycleimplementations of the Recruiting module.

. The AI Innovator: Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within a recruitmentworkflow (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, or predictive analytics).

. The TA Practitioner: You understand the why behind the how. You know how high-volume andexecutive recruiting differ and can build systems to support both.

. Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, andSecurity Groups.

. Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects on-site, managing stakeholders from C-suite toentry-level recruiters.

Responsibilities:

. Lead the end-to-end implementation/optimization of Workday Recruiting, including discovery,design, configuration, and UAT.

. Own the Business Process (BP) design, ensuring workflows are lean, automated, and provide aworld-class candidate experience.

. Configure complex features such as Workday Docs (BIRT) for offers, Evergreen Requisitions,and Candidate Self-Service portals.

. Act as the primary on-site technical consultant, translating recruiter needs into functional Workdaylogic.

. Identify and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., Workday Illuminate, HiredScore, Paradox, orEightfold) to automate candidate screening, sourcing, and scheduling.

. Ensure all AI integrations are seamlessly plugged in to Workday, maintaining data integrity anda single source of truth.

. Conduct regular audits of AI algorithms to ensure compliance with global hiring regulations andbias-mitigation standards.

. Conduct on-site training workshops for Recruiters and Hiring Managers to drive 100% systemadoption.

. Create high-quality documentation, How-To guides, and video tutorials tailored to our specificWorkday tenant.

. Partner with TA leadership to define and track success metrics (e.g., Reduction inTime-to-Shortlist, Recruiter Capacity Increase).

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

. 3-4x a week on-site in our Core Metro Office (Hybrid Setup)

. Flexible day to mid shift schedule
