Leader, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Europe & IMEA

Corning is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment strategy across Europe & IMEA. This role will drive future-ready workforce strategies using analytics, market insights, and automation. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the leader will adapt global strategies to regional needs, ensure governance, and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that accelerate growth and strengthen Corning's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, guiding and supporting regional Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Support growth initiatives by providing strategic oversight for expansion projects, new market entries, and workforce plans.
  • Communicate external market intelligence, empowering teams to make informed, competitive talent decisions.
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange and harmonization of talent acquisition processes to ensure consistency and innovation.
  • Lead and influence global Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring regional and local perspectives are embedded into strategic decisions.
  • Oversee regional TA performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the execution of automation and AI initiatives during technology launches to modernize TA processes.

Skills And Requirements

  • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align talent strategies with business priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner across cross-regional recruitment teams to deliver results in a matrixed structure.
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics and market intelligence to establish workforce planning and talent acquisition decisions.
  • Experience with technology that leverages automation, AI, and workflows in the recruitment process. Phenom experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communicator, skilled at presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Adept at adapting global talent acquisition strategies to local market conditions while maintaining enterprise alignment.
