We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 26 years of experience hiring for Embedded, Firmware, Device Drivers, Connectivity, and Semiconductor roles. The recruiter will handle end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure. Must have strong understanding of skills like Embedded C/C++, RTOS, Linux, Drivers, and Firmware. Should be skilled in Boolean searches, sourcing from LinkedIn/Naukri, and building talent pipelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to close niche positions quickly is required.
