Job Description
VicTree Solutions is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai, India.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office only (no hybrid / remote)
Notice Period: Max 15 days
Work Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Budget: 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT/non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing.
- Work on various IT/non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels.
- Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3–5 years of strong experience in IT recruitment (contract + permanent).
- Proven track record of closing niche IT roles within defined timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking).
- Self-motivated.
