We're hiring a Talent Acquisition for our client which provides an integrated longevity platform dedicated to enabling healthier and longer lives through science-backed tech and wellness solutions.
As the Talent Acquisition- Lateral Hiring, your responsibilities would be:
- Talent Mapping: Identify top talent across competitors and related industries (Health-tech, FMCG, Consumer Tech).
- Passive Engagement: Build relationships with high-value, non-active candidates via personalized outreach.
- Interviewing: Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess skills, grit, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Guide leadership with insights on compensation, talent trends, and org structures.
- Negotiation: Handle end-to-end hiring, including salaries, equity, and notice buyouts.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a ready pool of specialized talent for future needs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of exclusive experience in Lateral or Strategic Hiring.
- Mastery of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and unconventional headhunting techniques.
- Proven track record of poaching passive talent and managing complex offer negotiations.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate a sophisticated vision to senior-level candidates.
- Strong market intelligence regarding organizational structures and top performers in the industry.
