Talent Acquisition Specialist (US)

Seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–7 years of experience to support H1b W2-based hiring initiatives for the US Bench Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience in identifying and building pipelines of qualified IT professionals.

The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining strong candidate engagement and delivering quality profiles within defined timelines.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 3–7 years of Strong experience in W2 hiring and candidate sourcing especially H1b transfer's.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support the US Bench Sales Team.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience.
• Understanding of current and emerging IT technologies, skill sets, and US market trends.
• Good understanding of US work authorization categories, including H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, E3, GC, and US Citizens.
• Familiarity with US staffing processes, compliance standards, and recruitment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
