We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer conversion.
