Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring in the EdTech domain. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, speed, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer closure
2) Drive bulk and volume hiring for sales, operations, and academic roles
3) Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines via job portals, social media & referrals
4) Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholders to ensure timely closures
5) Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and maintain hiring dashboards
6) Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
1) 3–5 years of recruitment experience (EdTech mandatory)
2) Strong experience in bulk & target-driven hiring
3) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
5) Immediate joiners preferred
