Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring for business, sales, marketing, product, tech, growth, operations, finance, HR, and leadership roles.
  • Work closely with founders, leadership team, and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements.
  • Create hiring briefs, candidate personas, target company lists, and sourcing strategies for each role.
  • Proactively headhunt passive candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Hirist, Cutshort, Wellfound, referrals, communities, and competitor mapping.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates for role fit, experience, communication, ownership, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Pitch AiSensy's vision, growth, culture, and role opportunity effectively to high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, feedback collection, negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates to reduce drop-offs, ghosting, counteroffer risk, and joining delays.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely interviews, feedback, and decision-making.
  • Track hiring metrics such as sourcing numbers, interview conversions, offer conversions, joining ratio, TAT, drop-offs, and source effectiveness.
  • Improve candidate experience across the hiring journey.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Support hiring for niche and senior roles through structured market mapping and targeted outreach.
  • Share weekly hiring updates, blockers, pipeline health, and closure plans with leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding by improving candidate communication, outreach messaging, and hiring campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
  • Must have strong experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Should have independently closed mid-level and senior-level roles.
  • Experience hiring for startups, SaaS companies, product companies, tech companies, or fast-growing businesses is preferred.
  • Prior experience hiring across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, product, engineering, growth, customer success, finance, operations, and HR.
  • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Hirist, Cutshort, Wellfound, and referral channels.
  • Ability to create target company maps and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong candidate screening ability beyond keyword matching.
  • Excellent communication and candidate pitching skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with founders and senior hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing speed or quality.
  • Strong negotiation skills around compensation, notice period, competing offers, and joining probability.
  • High ownership, urgency, persistence, and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with aggressive hiring goals.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment with understanding of hiring funnel metrics.
  • Must be comfortable working from office in Gurgaon.
