Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for our retail manufacturing business, covering retail operations, manufacturing units, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for midsenior level positions.
  • Develop strong sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Handle volume hiring for stores and manufacturing staff.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to hiring processes.
  • Drive recruitment reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail manufacturing.
  • Strong experience hiring for retail, production, supply chain, and corporate roles.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
