Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for our retail manufacturing business, covering retail operations, manufacturing units, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for midsenior level positions.
- Develop strong sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Handle volume hiring for stores and manufacturing staff.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to hiring processes.
- Drive recruitment reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail manufacturing.
- Strong experience hiring for retail, production, supply chain, and corporate roles.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
