Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across tech, product, business, and operations.
- Handle high-volume hiring needs efficiently while maintaining quality of hire.
- Source for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including specialized technical positions and leadership-level hires.
- Lead recruitment efforts for corporate functions such as finance, legal, HR, and marketing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
- Conduct structured interviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the interview process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven success hiring for volume, niche, and corporate roles across different functions and levels.
- Experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles (B2B/B2C/startup or high-growth environment preferred).
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
