Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across tech, product, business, and operations.
  • Handle high-volume hiring needs efficiently while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Source for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including specialized technical positions and leadership-level hires.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for corporate functions such as finance, legal, HR, and marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Conduct structured interviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the interview process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven success hiring for volume, niche, and corporate roles across different functions and levels.
  • Experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles (B2B/B2C/startup or high-growth environment preferred).
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
