About the Role

The role will be responsible for leading and driving the organization's hiring strategy across corporate, technical, engineering, leadership, and support functions. The incumbent will be accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition operations, stakeholder management, employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Lead hiring initiatives across functions including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, and Leadership hiring.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage recruitment consultants, job portals, RPO partners, and external hiring vendors.
  • Drive campus hiring.

Qualifications

  • BE /MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to recruitment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
