Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing expert who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving measurable growth through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve key business objectives including lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing dashboards.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM from a premium institution.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing channels including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and SEM.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Google Ads and other paid platforms.
- Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
