Job Description

Meet the monthly hire goals
Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities
Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements
Update and track candidates in internal ATS
Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders
Work all assigned job orders until covered
Attend daily/weekly req meeting
Establish relationships with candidates
Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations
Flexible to work on Saturday if any Walk-in or immediate demands to be covered
Skills:
Bachelor s degree is preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
Should have excellent written communication skills
06 Years - 40 years of recruiting experience (Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred)
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
