Job Title: Recruiter EPC (Engineering, Procurement Construction)

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to EPC / Engineering / Oil Gas hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles within the EPC domain.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure smooth hiring process
Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and closure
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Build strong talent pipelines for EPC, Engineering, and Oil Gas roles
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Recruiters typically manage the full hiring cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding while collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining talent pipelines
Required Skills Experience
35 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in EPC / Engineering / Oil Gas companies
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (full-cycle hiring)
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
Good understanding of technical roles in EPC projects (engineering, procurement, construction)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 15 days
Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments
Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities
