Job Description

Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Must have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques through social media, Naukri.
Experience in C2H and Permanent Hiring.
Source candidates on regular & niche platforms.
Flexible enough to Meet Deadlines.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Video call and structured)
Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Create and main meticulous ATS records and perform other administrative / coordinative tasks associated with full lifecycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
