Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring top talent
- Ability to effectively develop and implement Employer Branding
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a target-based recruitment role is preferred
- Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
