About the Role

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Induction and Documentation: Conducting, reference check and Background Check Verification.
  • Offer Management: Support in preparing offer letters, service agreement and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before onboarding.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, induction, document collection, contract & service agreement drafting and maintenance of personnel records.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

Required Skills

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Executive Search industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
  • Proficient in social media and internet skills for recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).

Preferred Skills

  • Minimal Travel within West Bengal
