About the Role

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Induction and Documentation: Conducting, reference check and Background Check Verification.
- Offer Management: Support in preparing offer letters, service agreement and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before onboarding.
- HR Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, induction, document collection, contract & service agreement drafting and maintenance of personnel records.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
Required Skills
- Around 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Executive Search industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Proficient in social media and internet skills for recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Preferred Skills
- Minimal Travel within West Bengal
