Create and execute processes to attract and vet top Indian marketing talent across various recruitment channels. Maintain talent pipelines filled with high-potential candidates for future opportunities. Ensure amazing client experiences by sharing great talent options
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates suitability for marketing roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Build great relationships with talent and crack talent partnerships with trusted peer networks to leverage as hiring pools
Build an assessment framework for specific skill sets within marketing (ex: social media management, content writing, design, SEO, etc)
Be a Candidate Coach: Prepare candidates for their interviews with clients, ensuring theyre set up for success.
Qualifications:
You have been a recruiter for marketing and growth roles for a minimum of 2 years in a talent consulting firm or have prior experience in digital marketing agency
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwares is a plus
