About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and help attract top talent across business and non-business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience handling multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate role fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
