Qualifications/Skills:
- PGDM in HRM or Bachelor's Degree
- Great Communication
- 3-5 Years exp
- Professionalism, Dedication
- Good with Excel, Word, Presentations, Software, ATS
Responsibilities.
- Sourcing, Scheduling, Lining up Interviews with Hiring Managers
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites, ATS, Job boards, Boolean search.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Lateral / Niche hiring experience from Manufacturing OR Consultant background

Working Days and time Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from office) Saturday – 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
