About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's talent strategy by owning and driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, from understanding workforce needs and creating hiring plans to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will work closely with leaders across operations, business, product, and technology teams to ensure timely and quality hiring that aligns with STATIQ's growth priorities. This role requires someone who is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and success criteria
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and campus channels
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), hiring funnel, and offer acceptance rate
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding activities such as career posts, hiring campaigns, and campus outreach
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree in HR / Psychology / Business Administration / Management or Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience
- 1–3 years of full-time experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Must have handled end-to-end recruitment independently
- Experience in corporate hiring, startup hiring, or in-house recruitment is preferred
- Prior exposure to hiring for Operations, Business, Tech, or Field roles is an advantage
- Experience using ATS tools or recruitment trackers is desirable
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
