Working Hours -9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days - 2nd & 4th Sat Work From Home

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical roles (Embedded, PCB, Core Engineering profiles).

• Handle employee grievance resolution professionally and efficiently.

• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.

• Assist in HR compliance, audits, training (including IATF), and documentation.

• Work on HRMS and ATS tools for employee data management and hiring processes.

• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.

• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and policies.

• Collaborate with different departments to support hiring and HR initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit) and HRMS tools (e.g., greytHR).

• Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.

• Experience in hiring for technical/engineering roles (Embedded, PCB, etc.).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude while being a team player.

• Prior experience in Telecom/GPS/IoT industry is a plus but not mandt.
