We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong staffing experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
- Use advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean search, social media hiring, and job portals.
- Screen and shortlist quality profiles before client submission.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates technical and behavioural competencies.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, CV Sourcing, and Headhunting.
- Experience in Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
- Immediate joiners based in Mumbai preferred.
