About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions quickly. This role requires someone who is highly organized, target driven, and capable of delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create or refine job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges to leadership.
- Drive recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 36+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to close positions quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
