Conducting preliminary interviews and screening best-fit candidates for open positions. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring managers. 5. Should have exposure to the latest industry trends and Social Media Platforms and other hiring source tools for hiring needs. 6. Should be aware of CTC Survey analysis. 7. Should be able to manage and achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity. 8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to build influential relationships. 9. Provide Analytical and well documented reports.
