Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire top talent for various technical roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team needs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.

About You:

• You have 6 months to 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to technical roles.
• You possess strong communication & sourcing skills, enabling you to identify and engage with passive candidates effectively.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a keen interest in technology and understanding various technical roles.
