Role Requirements:
Job Portal Expertise: Minimum 2 +years of hands-on experience with Naukri (posting, sourcing, Boolean search, nVites, etc.)
Recruitment Process: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer issuance using source types such as job portals, referrals, and vendors.
Tracking & Reporting: Ability to create and maintain required trackers and dashboards.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in global stakeholder management is preferred.
Walk-in Drives: Coordination and management of walk-in interview drives.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Regular graduate (B.Com/ BBA/ Other)
