Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in New Delhi. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to identify and hire top talent for the organization. Responsibilities include employer branding efforts, organizing and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, and building strong pipelines of qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

- Skills in Employer Branding and Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Conducting Structured Interviews and Candidate Assessments
- Proven expertise in Recruiting and Building Talent Pipelines
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
