Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and ownership of the hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and manage full-cycle recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, campus channels, and outbound outreach
- Conduct screening calls to assess role fit and alignment with company values
- Coordinate and manage multi-stage interview processes
- Track interview feedback and keep stakeholders informed on hiring progress
- Support compensation discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate engagement throughout the process
- Provide insights on market benchmarks, role structuring, and hiring trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ( IT and Non - IT )
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
