Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Hyderabad

Work timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full hiring lifecyclefrom proactive sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and seamless onboardingfor critical technical roles in Generative AI, Full Stack Development, DevOps,and related cutting-edge domains.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced channelsincluding LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and niche tech communities to identify top-tier talent passionate about GenAI, Fullstack & Cloud.
  • Technical Screening: Perform initial Technical assessments to evaluate candidates technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and alignment with Techolution's innovative, high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with AI Engineering, Product,and Leadership teams to deeply understand hiring requirements, refine job specifications, prioritize use cases, and ensure rapid delivery of exceptional candidates who can contribute to BPA 4.0 and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a WOW recruitment journeyengaging, transparent, and professionalfrom initial outreach through onboarding, reflecting Techolution's values of innovation, collaboration, and merit-driven growth.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, preferably within a product company, SaaS startup, or AI/technology-driven organization, with proven experience hiring software engineers and technical specialists.

Strong expertise in proactive talent sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and other developer communities to identify and engage high-quality technical talent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage

passive candidates, build credibility with experienced engineers, and clearly communicate the company's vision and opportunities.

  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering leaders, AI teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, align on candidate profiles, and deliver high-impact hires.

High level of ownership, energy, and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on rapid innovation and execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to track recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing strategies, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Engineering background or technical education (such as B.Tech, BE, or similar) would be an added advantage, as it helps in better understanding technical roles and evaluating engineering talent.
